Why This Work is Personal to Me
Massage was part of my own healing journey.
After struggling with disc issues and walking with a cane in my younger years, I began studying posture alignment techniques inspired by osteopathic principles. Over time, I was able to decompress my spine, heal muscle spasms, and restore my mobility.
Pain and injury are powerful teachers. That experience shaped the therapist I am today.
