Are you an athlete? Or just someone who loves to work out?
We've got the perfect massage for you! Our newest addition to the Deep Tissue Spa team, Sharae Butler, has a degree in kinesiology (human body movement) and has worked as a physical therapy assistant. She knows her stuff, and she's here to help you climb back into your game.

This session includes a 60- or 90-minute massage followed by myofascial cupping, which is a fancy way of saying "a massage that helps with sore muscles." You'll feel refreshed and ready to get back on the field and win!

Sharae
Sharae Butler is a licensed massage therapist with 3 years of experience, 2500 hands-on hours, and a passion for helping people get rid of pain. She has worked with athletes, individuals with low back pain and headaches, and anyone who needs deep work or overall tension relief.

She specializes in Deep Tissue massage and cupping/dynamic cupping, PNF stretching, but is also familiar with lumbar or cervical fusions, sciatica/low back pain, migraines, limited ROM in neck and shoulders.
She started massage school because she wanted to help athletes return or improve both in their everyday life and specific sport. In addition to her Bachelors in Kinesiology where she played college soccer, Sharae has also worked as a physical therapy tech teaching her different massage techniques, stretches and rehabilitation exercises for general aches and pains and specific injuries and surgeries.

In the treatment room she is conversational, informative and communicative - making sure that clients know what's going on with their body so they can make informed decisions about their health!
My Style
My name is Sharae Butler, and I'm a licensed massage therapist at Deep Tissue Spa. I am your ideal therapist if you want someone who is easy to talk to, informative about what's going on with your body (without being too technical), communicative about what's happening during our sessions together so we can make sure it's working for you

I started my career as a physical therapy tech, which taught me how to assess and treat common aches and pains as well as specific injuries and surgeries. I also played soccer in college, so I have a special affinity for athletes—and that's where my passion lies: helping people recover from injuries and improve their performance on the field.

My greatest lesson in this line of work is that you can't help those who don't want to help themselves. But there's no greater reward than helping someone who does! That's why I do what I do: to help others perform better—on the field or in their daily lives. My proudest moment as a therapist was having a patient leave tell me she felt like she could dance again, and she hadn't danced in years!

In addition to being an athlete myself (and still playing soccer), I've also worked as a physical therapy tech, teaching me different massage techniques, stretches and rehabilitation exercises for general aches and pains and specific injuries and surgeries.

I want to help you feel better, perform better, and better understand your own body. I'd love to invite you to book with me.

AMAZING experience. I have a complex injury that never healed right, and Ana is a wizard at understanding the muscles and tendons and how they all interrelate…and how to help improve mobility and ease pain. I left feeling rejuvenated!
Had my first massage at Deep Tissue Spa and I really enjoyed my experience. It’s hard to find the right go-to spot, but it looks like I found it. My therapist was thorough with her explanations of what muscles she was going to work on based on our conversation and she also gave me recommendations on stretches for my problem areas, including my neck, shoulders, and arms. Look forward to returning!
